The migration of primitives

At Lake Kerkini, the unique world of raptors opens up before the lens of every nature photographer.
Migratory winged travelers pass through here on their way to Africa, offering rare opportunities for shots on the move.
The majestic White-tailed Eagle, with its impressive beak, remains a permanent “resident” of the lake, while the Short-tailed Eagle, with its white feathers on the underside, creates strong contrasts in the frame.
The Lesser Spotted Eagle flies low above the ground, giving dynamic lines to the frame, while the Lesser Spotted Eagle usually poses proudly on branches, ideal for static shots with detail.
Along with them, the Lesser Spotted Eagle also continues its long journey, leaving traces in the sky that are worth capturing.
